in an array of positions prior to starting his company 24 years

credit, he has invested two decades functioning as the National
Biodiesel Board’s petroleum liaison helping biodiesel find its rightful
place in the supply chain.

Steve Howell, M4 Consulting
Steve Howell is president and founder of M4 Consulting, a firm dedicated to
the development of industrial products from agriculture. He serves as Senior
Technical Advisor for the National Biodiesel Board and is the lead technical
liaison between the biodiesel industry and the engine and equipment manufacturers.
Howell is currently chairman of the ASTM task force on biodiesel standards
and plays a liaison role for biodiesel standards development with both ISO and CEN.
He is a Fellow of both ASTM and AOCS.
